Quince is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to lead strategic planning for growth marketing, including monthly reviews, annual budgets, and long-range planning. This role involves managing the customer acquisition model and daily/monthly budgets by marketing channel. The manager will develop and implement marketing operations best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, merchandising, engineering, data science) to define key metrics and targets supporting profitability goals, and evaluate and execute strategic projects within Growth Marketing. There is also an option to manage and scale a marketing channel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, skilled in combining technology and data for optimal outcomes, and energized by solving complex business problems in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Must have:
  • 4+ years experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, or tech/retail startup
  • Understanding of unit economics and marketing performance drivers
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in ambiguous environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with senior leadership
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead strategic planning processes for growth marketing at Quince (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan), and evaluate organizational tradeoffs in planning to influence decision making
  • Manage customer acquisition model, daily/monthly by marketing channel budget
  • Develop and implement marketing operations best practices 
  • Work cross-functionally with finance product, merchandising, engineering & data science to develop key metrics & targets to support profitability goals
  • Evaluate and execute on strategic projects within Growth Marketing 
  • Option to manage and scale a marketing channel 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, investing, consulting or technology/retail startup 
  • Understanding of unit economics and key levers / drivers of marketing performance
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with senior leadership
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into concrete actionable insights 

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $125,000 USD
