Job Description

Quince is seeking a Senior Recruiter for the APAC region to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for non-tech roles. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in sourcing/supply chain roles, and possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create well-defined job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world-class teams and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
