Job Summary
Quince is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Growth (Performance Marketing) to join their team. Must Have
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and identify actionable opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and enhance recurring dashboards, weekly reports, and performance tracking systems.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across channels and campaigns to evaluate ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, and other key metrics.
- Proactively identify anomalies and shifts in performance, providing clear root-cause analysis.
- Translate raw data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Partner with Growth, PMM, Strategy, and other stakeholders to guide decision-making and optimize marketing investment.
- Support experimentation, forecasting, and channel optimization through structured and insight-led analysis.
- Maintain rigorous data-quality standards through validation checks and accuracy reviews.
- Balance 50% scheduled reporting with 50% deeper analytical exploration and business problem solving.
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, growth, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, conditional logic).
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced data manipulation.
- Ability to compute, validate, and analyze core marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem structuring, and insight generation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to simplify complex data for non-technical teams.
- High ownership, accountability, and comfort working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong business intuition and the ability to tie data findings back to real-world outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to validation, accuracy, and data quality.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality analysis, or channel efficiency studies.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or Python.
