Voodoo seeks a Growth Operations Intern to contribute to key initiatives within the Central Growth Office. Responsibilities include supporting venture projects, operational improvements, and governance, working across various teams. The intern will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap, potentially working on new business opportunities, process improvements, and competitive analysis. This role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach within a demanding, results-oriented environment.
Must have:
- Top Business or Engineering School
- Master's degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English
Good to have:
- Past internships in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Tech Ops
- Basic knowledge of mobile gaming/app business

Role
Voodoo is looking for a Growth Operations Intern to sit in the Central Growth Office. You will report to a Strategy & Operations Manager, and will contribute to key transversal initiatives, including venture projects, operations improvement missions and governance topics. You will play a key role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.
- Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
- Support high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
- Identify critical bottlenecks and opportunities. Analyze root causes using data and insights, design impactful solutions, and support their implementation from start to finish
- Contribute directly to the BU strategic roadmap. Lead high-stakes analyses that influence executive decisions
Projects you might work on include supporting new business opportunities (diversification, m&a, etc.), changing our processes (externalization, organization, etc.), contributing to key analyses for the strategy (competitive intelligence, creative analysis, etc.)
Profile
- Top Business or Engineering School (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, X, Centrale, etc.), enrolled in a Master degree / ‘Grande Ecole’ program
- Looking for a 6 months end-of-studies internship
- Past internships preferably in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or Operations in Tech start-ups
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Eager to learn, basic knowledge of our business
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Detail oriented and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Looking for a demanding environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
