The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and is highly analytical, curious, and results-oriented.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to sit in the Central Growth Office. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

    • Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
    • Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
    • Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them
    • Design and build leading processes and products
    • Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable
    • Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

Profile

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
    • You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way
    • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
    • Nice to have:
    • You can run your own SQL queries
    • You have experience in gaming or performance marketing
