As a key member of ZURU’s European Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs, build strong pipelines using multi-channel strategies, and execute our hiring framework with excellence. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality and consistency of hires across Europe, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
First 3–6 months: You will build credibility as a trusted talent advisor by delivering high-quality priority hires and proactively developing robust talent pipelines aligned with business needs. You will deepen your understanding of ZURU’s DNA, business model and industry to effectively engage and attract top passive candidates.
Longer term: You will be fully autonomous in managing the full recruitment cycle across the region, including on-boarding new Hiring Managers and team members to ZURU’s hiring framework. Your strategic approach to pipeline development and stakeholder engagement will enhance hiring predictability and ensure a consistent flow of candidates who embody ZURU’s DNA and long-term talent objectives.
