Job Description

As a key member of ZURU’s European Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs, build strong pipelines using multi-channel strategies, and execute our hiring framework with excellence. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality and consistency of hires across Europe, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
Must Have:
  • Partner with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers to understand team structures, talent needs and market trends.
  • Act as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for all hiring across Europe.
  • Drive alignment across functions on role requirements and contribute to job specifications.
  • Build and maintain engaged, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Source top talent using a multi-channel approach.
  • Conduct screening interviews, and deliver a tailored ZURU pitch.
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through every stage of the hiring process.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with ZURU’s Talent Sourcing team.
  • Onboard new Hiring Managers and interview panel members to our hiring framework.
  • Upskill interview and decision-making capabilities across teams.
  • Use data and insights to shape hiring strategy, influence role design, and inform decision-making.
  • Report key recruitment KPIs back to ZURU’s Talent CoE.
  • Lead or contribute to global TA initiatives.
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in an in-house or business partnering role.
  • Deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing and engagement, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and influence top talent.
  • Strong relationship builder and confident communicator.
  • Data-fluent and outcome-driven, with comfort using ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Highly organised, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
  • A collaborative team player who brings energy, urgency and a high quality bar.

About the Role

As a key member of ZURU’s European Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs, build strong pipelines using multi-channel strategies, and execute our hiring framework with excellence. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality and consistency of hires across Europe, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Position Impact

First 3–6 months: You will build credibility as a trusted talent advisor by delivering high-quality priority hires and proactively developing robust talent pipelines aligned with business needs. You will deepen your understanding of ZURU’s DNA, business model and industry to effectively engage and attract top passive candidates.

Longer term: You will be fully autonomous in managing the full recruitment cycle across the region, including on-boarding new Hiring Managers and team members to ZURU’s hiring framework. Your strategic approach to pipeline development and stakeholder engagement will enhance hiring predictability and ensure a consistent flow of candidates who embody ZURU’s DNA and long-term talent objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Heads of Departments and Hiring Managers (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand team structures, talent needs and market trends. Act as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for all hiring across Europe.
  • Drive alignment across functions on role requirements and contribute to job specifications that reflect both immediate priorities and long-term talent needs.
  • Build and maintain engaged, high-quality talent pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming hiring needs.
  • Source top talent using a multi-channel approach, conduct screening interviews, and deliver a tailored ZURU pitch that resonates with passive candidates.
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring consistent and effective use of ZURU’s hiring framework.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience through a high-touch, personalised recruitment approach.
  • Collaborate with ZURU’s Talent Sourcing team to drive future pipeline building and market mapping.
  • Onboard new Hiring Managers and interview panel members to our hiring framework and upskill interview and decision-making capabilities across teams.
  • Use data and insights to shape hiring strategy, influence role design, and inform decision-making. Report key recruitment KPIs back to ZURU’s Talent CoE.
  • Lead or contribute to global TA initiatives that enhance tools, processes and operational excellence across the function.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in an in-house or business partnering role within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing and engagement, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling pitches and influence top talent to consider career moves.
  • Strong relationship builder and confident communicator who can influence across all levels of the business.
  • Data-fluent and outcome-driven, with comfort using ATS tools and recruitment analytics to drive decisions and performance.
  • Highly organised, resourceful and solutions-oriented. Able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
  • A collaborative team player who brings energy, urgency and a high quality bar to everything you do.
