Voodoo seeks a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to lead key initiatives and projects within its Central Growth Office. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, collaborating across teams, identifying and solving critical problems, designing processes and products, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include understanding the growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within the ad-tech ecosystem, and potentially contributing to areas like M&A and new venture launches. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and is highly analytical, curious, and results-oriented.
Must have:

Good to have:
- SQL query experience
- Gaming or performance marketing experience

Role
Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to sit in the Central Growth Office. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.
- Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
- Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
- Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them
- Design and build leading processes and products
- Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable
- Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.
Profile
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
- You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way
- You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
- Nice to have:
- You can run your own SQL queries
- You have experience in gaming or performance marketing
