Job Description

This role supports R&D in module integration, calibration, and qualification, ensuring performance to specifications. Must have:
  • Technical expert in at least 2 R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM)
  • Support R&D module owner in “Off & On Tool” Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification
  • Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)
  • Support R&D development (C&F) activities
  • Lead qualifications of complex, non-system components (isolated from application) and provide risk assessment
  • Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool)
  • Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration
  • Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests
  • High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise
  • 10 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and industry standards including thin film, etch or lithography
  • Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution
  • Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion
  • Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)

Key Responsibilities
