We are looking for a Head of Acquiring to join our team**.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance framework ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and scheme rules;
- Build and lead the Acquiring team, ensuring proper resources and expertise for monetization tasks;
- Monitor and assess regulatory developments, providing recommendations to senior management;
- Establish standards and procedures to ensure the company’s product compliance framework operates effectively;
- Define and execute payment partnership strategies to increase authorization rates and customer conversion;
- Build and maintain relationships with key payment partners, negotiate agreements, and manage high-level issues;
- Take direct responsibility for commercial terms with acquiring partners.
We expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in FinTech or Payments (PSPs, Acquirers, High-Risk industries: gambling, dating, adult, forex);
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a managerial role;
- Previous roles: Head of Payments / Head of Acquiring / Head of Banking Relations;
- Knowledge of Data Analysis, Card Scheme rules, PCI DSS, PSD2;
- Experience with cryptocurrency payments;
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Excellent business correspondence skills;
- English and Russian: C1 or higher.
