Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global social discovery company seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle documentation, overseeing compensation & benefits processes, preparing HR reports, ensuring data accuracy, and leading HR projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR records, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience in compensation budgeting and payroll.
Good To Have:
  • Power Query / Power Pivot / macros skills.
  • Experience managing HR records across multiple regions (Europe, CIS, USA).
  • Familiarity with 1C HRIS.
Must Have:
  • Manage full employee lifecycle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits processes, including budgeting, payroll inputs, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP systems, organizational structures, job directories, and responsibilities.
  • Lead and support HR projects focused on automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely extensions for employees and service providers.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize compensation processes and salary payment structures.
  • Drive improvements in HR records management to meet KPIs: accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR records, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
  • Proven experience with compensation budgeting, payroll processes, and HR analytics.
  • English B1+ (professional business correspondence), native Russian.

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle documentation: onboarding, contracts, employment changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits processes, including budgeting, payroll inputs, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation, staffing levels) to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP systems, organizational structures, job directories, and responsibilities.
  • Lead and support HR projects focused on automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely extensions for employees and service providers.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize compensation processes and salary payment structures.
  • Drive improvements in HR records management to meet KPIs: accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR records, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics (preferably in IT / digital / international companies).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables (required), Power Query / Power Pivot / macros (nice to have).
  • Proven experience with compensation budgeting, payroll processes, and HR analytics.
  • Experience managing HR records across multiple regions (Europe, CIS, USA is a strong plus).
  • English B1+ (professional business correspondence), native Russian.
  • Familiarity with 1C HRIS is a plus.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
