This HR Operations Coordinator (Contract) role involves supporting new hire onboarding, managing accurate employee records in HR systems, assisting with HR projects like policy updates, and providing administrative support to the HR team. The role also includes maintaining HR files, collaborating with other functions (Finance, IT, Facilities), assisting with offboarding, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a UG or PG degree specialized in Human Resources.
Must Have:
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and scheduling the orientation sessions.
  • Managing employee records & ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as policy updates or process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR team.
  • Assist in maintaining HR files and documentation, including personnel files and HR-related databases.
  • Partner and collaborate with other functions (Finance, IT, Facilities, Business stakeholders) regarding essential HR activities.
  • Assist in employee offboarding process.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for all employees.
  • Perform and support other duties and projects as assigned.
  • 0 – 1 yrs in HR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • UG or PG Specialized in Human Resources.
