We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure our email strategy aligns with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns.
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications.
  • Write and edit engaging email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates that are mobile-friendly and optimized for various platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and layouts to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; generate reports on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
  • Continuously research industry trends and best practices to improve performance and innovation in email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
