Job Description

The Corporate Security Engineer at Gigamon plays a key role in safeguarding the organization’s corporate systems, data, and infrastructure. This position blends deep technical expertise in core security platforms with ownership of mobile device management, identity management, patch management, IT asset management, and privileged access governance. As part of Gigamon’s Security and Incident Response team, you will implement, monitor, and improve security controls to maintain a compliance-driven environment aligned with ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.

The Corporate Security Engineer at Gigamon plays a key role in safeguarding the organization’s corporate systems, data, and infrastructure. This position blends deep technical expertise in core security platforms with ownership of mobile device management, identity management, patch management, IT asset management (ITAM), and privileged access governance. As part of Gigamon’s Security and Incident Response team, you will implement, monitor, and improve security controls to maintain a compliance-driven environment aligned with ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Intune, JAMF) to configure, deploy, and manage endpoints.
  • Lead identity management across Okta and Active Directory, focusing on access control, authentication policies, and user lifecycle management.
  • Design and manage patch management processes with Automox, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee privileged access and governance for admin-level tasks, auditing and enforcing controls for high-risk activities.
  • Develop and execute IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks to maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
  • Partner with IT, compliance, and other stakeholders on incident detection, investigation, and response.
  • Contribute to corporate security policies, procedures, and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on security program objectives using Monday.com and other InfoSec task trackers.
  • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and compliance efforts.
  • Drive security awareness and provide technical guidance across the organization.

What You’ve Done

  • Delivered 7+ years of IT security engineering experience with hands-on expertise in MDM (Intune, JAMF), identity management (Okta, Active Directory), and patch management (Automox).
  • Built and maintained secure endpoint, authentication, and access management systems.
  • Applied IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles to maintain lifecycle security for hardware and software.
  • Worked within compliance-driven environments using frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Managed and governed privileged administrative tasks in corporate environments.
  • Successfully collaborated with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on security goals and solutions.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is $126,000 - $157,500, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
