In the exceptional and highly exciting working environment of the federal asylum centers, we are looking for flexible and well-groomed employees immediately or by arrangement. Together with your motivated team, you are responsible for guarding federal asylum centers. You carry out security-relevant tasks in a sensitive environment and demonstrate your human and service-oriented intuition every day. You will be specifically trained for your tasks and take responsibility for the protection of people and infrastructure.

You are responsible for our federal asylum centers, which are located in Embrach, Dübendorf, Zurich-Altstetten, and Zurich-Seebach.

• Monitoring of our client's locations
• Patrolling
• Ensuring operational service in case of an alarm
• Ensuring order on site, checking premises
• Enforcing house rules
• Intervening in conflict situations

Qualifications

For this, you must:

• Be available and flexible (willingness to work shifts 24/7, including night and weekend services)
• Have initial experience in the security sector or an equivalent area (Do you have no security experience? We will be happy to support you and carefully introduce you to the area of responsibility)
• Possess proficient German in word and writing. In addition, you must master another national language or English at a minimum A2 level.
• Be friendly and open-minded, have understanding and respect for cultural and religious differences (high resilience and attentiveness)
• Have a valid residence permit and a clean record (no entries in the debt collection and criminal register)
