- Instruction according to § 34a Trade Regulation Act necessary
- Current certificate of good conduct without entries
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least Level B2)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends

Job description
Main tasks:
- Reception and registration of visitors, customers and suppliers
- Answering the phone and forwarding calls
- Management of access cards, keys and visitor passes
- Patrols as well as locking and control activities
- Initiation of measures in case of special incidents (e.g. burglary, vandalism)
- Support in monitoring security and building control technology
Shift times:
Day and night shifts in rotation:
06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00
