Job Description
- Welcome and check-in guests with a smile.
- Advise on local sights and activities.
- Resolve questions and problems to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Perform administrative tasks like processing reservations and payments.
- Work bar shifts, serving drinks and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
- Assist with breakfast: restocking, clearing tables, and ensuring a good start to the day for guests.
- Contribute to smooth daily hotel operations.
- Minimum completed MBO education, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- A hospitable attitude and energetic work ethic.
- Enjoyment of both reception work and F&B work.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- A proactive person who enjoys varied workdays.
- A challenging full-time position with much variety between reception and F&B.
- A market-conform salary according to collective labor agreement. Scale V (€2645.41 full-time basis).

Job Description
Your role as Team Member Host
As a Team Member Host, you are the face of our hotel and play a versatile role. You ensure that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your duties are divided 50/50 between reception and F&B. You enjoy helping guests with check-in, making a delicious cappuccino behind the bar, or ensuring a smooth breakfast buffet.

Qualifications
