Job Description

This is a key role in a major industrial facility, integrating into the operational Maintenance team at SARPI's hazardous waste treatment site in Limay. The Maintenance Planner will daily manage the planning of scheduled interventions for technician teams, including preventive, planned curative, and improvement maintenance, ensuring technical expertise and safety are at the core of operations.
Must Have:
  • Structure the planning process via CMMS in close collaboration with methods: define and optimize intervention frequencies, automate CMMS.
  • Study and plan routine maintenance work (preventive and curative) on factory equipment: identify needs, monitor projects and their commissioning.
  • Coordinate interventions with various interfaces (operations managers, warehouse, QHSE department) for facility availability, organization of the intervention area, and provision of necessary materials and parts.
  • Ensure spare parts are stocked and trigger necessary procurements for planned work.
  • Ensure information entry, monitoring, and traceability in CMMS to guarantee data availability for piloting and improving operational and overall maintenance performance.
  • Provide support for the management and planning of scheduled technical shutdowns.
  • Hold a Bac +3 or higher degree in electromechanics.
  • Possess at least 3 years of similar experience in an industrial environment.

A key role in a major industrial facility, you will join the operational Maintenance team at our hazardous waste treatment site based in Limay, where technical expertise and safety are at the heart of our values.

As the right-hand person to the Operational Maintenance Supervisor, you will daily manage the planning of scheduled interventions for the site's technician teams, including preventive, planned curative, and improvement maintenance.

To do this, your technical knowledge, rigor, and mastery of CMMS will allow you to:

  • Structure the planning process via CMMS in close collaboration with methods: define and optimize intervention frequencies, automate CMMS…
  • Study and plan routine maintenance work (preventive and curative) on factory equipment: identify needs, monitor projects and their commissioning.
  • Coordinate interventions in conjunction with various interfaces (operations managers, warehouse, QHSE department…) for facility availability, organization of the intervention area, and provision of necessary materials and parts.
  • Ensure spare parts are stocked and trigger necessary procurements for planned work.
  • Ensure information entry, monitoring, and traceability in CMMS to guarantee data availability for piloting and improving operational and overall maintenance performance.
  • Provide support for the management and planning of scheduled technical shutdowns.

As a planner, you are responsible for the safety of your colleagues and the facilities. You lead the Group's safety approach and ensure the application of current safety instructions, procedures, and work instructions.

You manage activities with a constant concern for energy savings. You are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in production areas and for environmental compliance.

You are proactive in proposing any improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and energy.

On-call technical duty is expected for this position.
