Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience in the role, highly motivated to guide our agile teams in delivering high-quality products. They will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
The selected person will work on a stable international project in the French public sector, responsible for managing aid, training, and crisis plans for the agricultural sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that block team progress.
- Foster self-organization and continuous value delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure clarity of product objectives and backlog prioritization.
- Promote an agile culture within the team and the organization.
- Act as a team coach in the adoption of agile and Scrum practices.
- Mediate and manage conflicts within the team to improve productivity.
- Ensure transparency in Sprint progress through agile tools and metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
- CSM, PSM or similar certification (desirable).
- Facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with agile tools (JIRA and Confluence mainly).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual Spanish-French (French minimum C1).
