Raven Software is seeking a UI Engineering Producer to support the UI Engineering team for Call of Duty: Warzone. This role involves managing short- and long-term planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking. The producer will own JIRA workflows, coordinate cross-team dependencies with UX, Design, Art, QA, and Core Tech, and facilitate meetings. Responsibilities also include managing LiveOps support requests, identifying risks, and improving production workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and adept at clearing blockers and maintaining focus on priorities to ensure quality work. This is a hybrid onsite position in Middleton, WI.
Must have:
  • Partner with UI Engineering leadership to manage short- and long-term planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking.
  • Own and maintain JIRA workflows, bug triage systems, and dashboards specific to UI Engineering.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies between UI Engineering and UX, Design, Art, QA, and Core Tech.
  • Facilitate and attend regular stand-ups, syncs, and feature meetings. Capture key updates and represent the UI Engineering team independently when needed.
  • Help manage the intake and prioritization of LiveOps support requests, bugs, and tech debt. Stay responsive to shifting priorities from UI Engineering leads and pivot focus based on highest-need tasks.
  • Track progress and identify risks, helping communicate clearly to leads and producers across the org.
  • Improve production workflows, tooling, and documentation for the UI Engineering team.
  • Provide clarity on task ownership, deliverable timelines, and expectation-setting.
  • 5+ years experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in game development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience managing JIRA.
  • Familiarity with software engineering concepts and terminology, especially UI-focused work.
  • Comfortable working with directors and managing expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and iterative environment.
  • Experience tracking both creative and technical deliverables.
  • Passion for games and an appreciation of player-first UI/UX.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with multiple game teams or studios simultaneously.
  • Background in engineering, technical art, or UX design.
  • Knowledge of Perforce or other source control tools.
  • Previous experience in LiveOps or UI development.
  • Experience reviewing software or game error logs to identify issues and trends.
  • Familiarity with Lua code and callstacks for better engineering support.

Your Mission

Raven Software is looking for a sharp, organized, and collaborative UI Engineering Producer to support our UI Engineering team as we build and support the user interface for Call of Duty: Warzone. This role is embedded within a high-functioning engineering group that delivers UI across multiple game modes and systems within Warzone. You’ll work closely with Engineering Leads, UX, Design, and Production partners across multiple studios to help plan, prioritize, and execute both feature work and technical initiatives.

You’re organized, reliable, and good at helping people stay on track, especially when things change quickly. You know how to spot and clear blockers, keep priorities in focus, and support the team in getting quality work done without losing momentum.

This role is a hybrid onsite work position.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in game development.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
