1. Responsible for user research and publishing analysis in the Japanese region, including user surveys, competitor project analysis, user reputation summary, and behavior research.
2. Participate in game operations, including assisting with game localization, text review and LQA, as well as operational tasks such as event content communication and game resource applications.
3. Facing Japanese users, manage project social media accounts, publish game information, and organize and coordinate player communities, launching community activities to activate the player ecosystem.
4. Assist the team with daily administrative and team coordination tasks as needed, and follow up on collaboration progress with other regional teams.
1. Strong interest in the game industry and a unique understanding of the Japanese game industry.
2. Familiar with MOBA games, experience in esports or offline event organization preferred, experience or resources related to Japanese high school/university esports preferred.
3. Fluent in Japanese and English, Chinese language ability preferred.
4. Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)
Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Paid leave: Prorated in the first year based on the joining month, up to a maximum of 22 days based on years of service.
