Job Description

Alpha Affiliates, a leading iGaming partner program since 2012, is seeking a Head of Game Management. This role involves developing and executing casino game strategy, managing the game portfolio across various types, and monitoring market trends. The Head of Game Management will build strong relationships with game providers, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee game lifecycle from integration to retirement. Key responsibilities also include data analysis for performance optimization and leading cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth player experience and drive business objectives.

  • Develop and execute overall casino games strategy.
  • Define and refine game portfolio across slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and exclusive titles.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and player insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, negotiating commercial terms.
  • Manage integration and onboarding of new providers and titles.
  • Oversee ongoing provider performance, addressing technical and operational issues.
  • Lead end-to-end game lifecycle: certification, integration, go-live, and retirement.
  • Ensure optimal content localization, categorization, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with product teams for a smooth and secure player experience.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs (GGR, NGR, retention, engagement).
  • Use data insights to inform bonus campaigns, free spins, tournaments, and personalized offers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Game Management and Content teams.
  • Act as primary stakeholder for all game-related matters, driving alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and customer focus.
  • 2+ years of experience in game/content management within iGaming.
  • Proven track record in managing provider relationships and optimizing game portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs for player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and execute the overall casino games strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Define and continuously refine the game portfolio across slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and exclusive titles.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and player insights to identify growth opportunities.

Provider Relations & Commercial Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, negotiating commercial terms, promotional packages, and exclusive releases.
  • Manage the integration and onboarding of new providers and titles, ensuring timely launches and optimal commercial performance.
  • Oversee ongoing provider performance, addressing technical and operational issues.

Operations & Game Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end game lifecycle: certification, technical integration, go-live coordination, and retirement.
  • Ensure optimal content localization, categorization, and presentation across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure a smooth and secure player experience.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:

  • Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs at the provider, category, and title level (e.g., GGR, NGR, retention, engagement).
  • Work closely with analytics to build reporting frameworks for ongoing performance tracking.
  • Use data insights to inform bonus campaigns, free spins, tournaments, and personalized offers that drive engagement and ROI.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Game Management and Content teams.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder for all game-related matters, driving alignment across Product, CRM, and Marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and customer focus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in game/content management within iGaming
  • Proven track record in managing provider relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and optimizing game portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
