Alpha Affiliates, a leading iGaming partner program since 2012, is seeking a Head of Game Management. This role involves developing and executing casino game strategy, managing the game portfolio across various types, and monitoring market trends. The Head of Game Management will build strong relationships with game providers, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee game lifecycle from integration to retirement. Key responsibilities also include data analysis for performance optimization and leading cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth player experience and drive business objectives.
Must Have:- Develop and execute overall casino games strategy.
- Define and refine game portfolio across slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and exclusive titles.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and player insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, negotiating commercial terms.
- Manage integration and onboarding of new providers and titles.
- Oversee ongoing provider performance, addressing technical and operational issues.
- Lead end-to-end game lifecycle: certification, integration, go-live, and retirement.
- Ensure optimal content localization, categorization, and presentation.
- Collaborate with product teams for a smooth and secure player experience.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs (GGR, NGR, retention, engagement).
- Use data insights to inform bonus campaigns, free spins, tournaments, and personalized offers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Game Management and Content teams.
- Act as primary stakeholder for all game-related matters, driving alignment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and customer focus.
- 2+ years of experience in game/content management within iGaming.
- Proven track record in managing provider relationships and optimizing game portfolios.
- Strong understanding of KPIs for player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
