Based on rich project management experience, deeply involved in the full lifecycle quality control of the company's core game projects, participating in demand review from the project initiation stage, formulating test strategies and providing risk warnings during the development process, and conducting quality reviews after launch, providing professional quality testing support for project advancement and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
3. Establish close communication and collaboration mechanisms with self-developed teams (R&D, product, planning), open up channels for quality information sharing, promote efficient matching of testing requirements with R&D progress, solve cross-departmental collaboration pain points, and assist in the smooth advancement of projects.
4. Formulate company-level quality goals and assessment standards, regularly track various project quality indicators (such as defect rate, test coverage, number of online issues), organize quality review meetings, accumulate experience and optimize testing processes, and continuously improve overall product quality.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major, 7+ years of relevant work experience, familiar with the construction and operation mode of technology-driven quality systems.
2. At least deeply involved in the testing work of one medium-to-large self-developed project, familiar with functional testing, performance testing, and various special testing skills and workflows.
3. Preferably from test development or program development background, proficient in at least 1 programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#), familiar with core game testing technologies, able to lead the R&D of testing tools and platforms, and solve complex quality problems with technical means.
4. Possess strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to deeply understand the needs of self-developed teams, promote efficient matching of quality testing resources with project progress, solve collaboration bottlenecks in complex project scenarios, and ensure the achievement of quality goals.
5. Possess quality team management experience of around 100 people, with clear team echelon building achievements, able to effectively balance full-time and outsourced resources, and improve overall team execution and stability.
6. Possess strong self-drive, love the game industry, and have passion for technology and quality work.
