Job Description
1. Translate global publishing strategy into actionable regional objectives and key results, and develop integrated product and marketing roadmaps.
3. Use data-driven insights to identify problems and provide effective solutions on both monetization, user engagement and acquisiton.
4. Monitor and analyze player feedback to generate actionable reports for development and marketing teams, optimizing content and live services.
1. 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong interest in and deep understanding of live service video games.
2. Able to collaborate with multiple background teams with excellent communication skills and deep understanding of development and publishing process.
3. Hands-on experience with the full publishing lifecycle of at least one PC or console game; a successful track record is strongly preferred.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional key market language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Chinese) is highly desirable.
