Job Description

The ICCG-PCB (Industrial Competence Center Group Printed Circuits Boards) is Thales Group's production facility for complex PCBs, known for high quality and challenging designs. The team of approximately 90 colleagues works in production, quality, logistics, engineering, and sales. As a Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for operational planning, processing new sales orders in the ERP system, providing delivery dates to customers, and ensuring timely production order initiation. You will monitor progress with Workcell Managers to meet agreed delivery dates and communicate status to customers.

Must Have:

Ensure planning aligns with available production facility capacity.
Plan activities for the work preparation team.
Monitor timely availability of materials in production.
Monitor planning progress and request production leaders to adjust if necessary.
Communicate progress status to customers.
Continuously improve logistical processes.
Be a key user for the IT application for production control (Digital Shopfloor Interface).
Minimum MBO4 education, preferably in logistics.
Knowledge of logistical production processes and how they are controlled via ERP (or willingness to learn).
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables).
Good communication skills.
Proactive, initiative-taking, independent, and flexible attitude.
Continuous improvement is part of their work.
Can work in a structured manner.

About the team

The ICCG-PCB (Industrial Competence Center Group Printed Circuits Boards) is the production facility for complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) within the Thales Group. Think of the highest quality, challenging designs, and customers worldwide.

The products are supplied worldwide within the Thales Group as well as to external customers. The ICCG-PCB consists of approximately 90 colleagues working in production, quality, logistics, engineering, and sales. We are currently in a ramp-up phase and are looking for new talent to strengthen our team!

We are looking for a: Manufacturing Planner PCB Production

About your future job

As a Manufacturing Planner, you are responsible for operational planning. You ensure that new sales orders are processed in the ERP system and provide the customer with a delivery date. You then start production orders on time and monitor progress to meet the agreed delivery date. You monitor this together with the Workcell Managers, so that production priorities can be adjusted if necessary.

The main tasks are:

Ensure that planning aligns with the available capacity in the production facility
Plan activities for the team responsible for work preparation
Monitor that materials are available in production at the right time
Monitor the progress of planning and, if necessary, ask production leaders to adjust.
Communicate the status of progress with our customers
Continuously improve logistical processes
Be a key user for the IT application for production control (Digital Shopfloor Interface)
