Ninja Xpress is seeking a commercially driven leader to shape the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth for its new Cold Chain Project. This project aims to strengthen logistics infrastructure for temperature-sensitive goods across Indonesia, covering warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. The role requires identifying opportunities, developing new partnerships, and opening new market segments for cold chain services. The ideal candidate will be strategic, customer-centric, and possess start-up energy to build a commercial function in a fast-paced environment. Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within cold chain logistics is essential.

Head of Commercial (Cold Chain) – With experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in the cold chain logistics.
Market Builder – Someone who can identify opportunities, develop new partnerships, and open new market segments for cold chain services.
Strategic & Customer-Centric – Capable of designing tailored solutions for clients, and translating customer needs into actionable commercial strategies.
Start-Up Energy – Adaptive, entrepreneurial, and ready to build a commercial function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
