We are looking for a Head of IT with hands-on experience organising, optimising and improving our asset catalogue and all kinds of internal systems. As Head of IT at RENNSPORT, you will:
Provide internal IT support across the organization, from developers to C-level and HR.
Maintain and optimize our catalogue of IT assets (hardware, software, licences, peripherals).
Ensure timely provisioning and renewal of hardware and licences, especially during onboarding/offboarding.
Manage internal systems such as Google Workspace, Zulip, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
Drive improvements in infrastructure, operations, security, and compliance.
Automate repetitive tasks and develop sustainable, efficient IT practices.
Support a primarily remote workforce, with occasional needs from our Malmö office.
Work closely with Operations to support smooth onboarding/offboarding experiences.
You will report directly to the CTO.
Proven experience in internal IT support, infrastructure, and operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux server environments (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat/CoreOS).
Solid understanding of IT security and compliance in a distributed setup.
Experience managing virtual machines and VM systems.
Confident managing and troubleshooting network systems and SaaS tools.
Passion for automation, scalability, and continuous process improvement.
Proactive, collaborative, and service-minded with a strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English at a C1 level or higher – excellent communication is key.
Familiarity with Apple and Windows device management tools (Jamf, Intune)
