Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, supporting SMEs since 2015. The LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Project is entering a growth phase, expanding a tech-enabled mid-mile logistics network across Indonesia. This project serves businesses with partial-load shipping needs by consolidating cargo, optimizing routes, and ensuring consistent delivery performance. The mission is to provide scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions for retail, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors. The company is also strengthening its cargo provider ecosystem by partnering with transporters and logistics agents, aiming to improve truck productivity and create long-term value. Ninja Xpress seeks a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and optimize the growing logistics network, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service reliability.

Must have:

Senior Logistics Professional with LTL/trucking experience
End-to-End Operational Expertise (hub & linehaul, fleet, route optimization)
Scalability Mindset (building systems, SOPs, performance tracking)
Collaborative Leader (managing teams, coordinating partners)

About the LTL Project

We are entering a growth phase in our LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Project as we continue to expand our tech-enabled mid-mile logistics network across Indonesia. This project focuses on serving businesses with partial-load shipping needs by consolidating cargo from multiple clients, optimizing route efficiency, and ensuring consistent delivery performance. Our mission is to provide scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions for key sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.

To support this growth, we are also strengthening our cargo provider ecosystem by partnering with transporters, fleet owners, and logistics agents. By enabling better load matching, leveraging digital tools, and offering consistent volume, we aim to improve truck productivity and create long-term value for our partners. As part of this expansion, we’re building a strong talent pool of professionals experienced in LTL operations, transport planning, cargo network development, and logistics strategy.

What We Are Looking For

As we scale our LTL Project, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and optimize our growing logistics network. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service reliability across regions.
Senior Logistics Professional – Preferably from established cargo, LTL, or trucking logistics companies with a deep understanding of domestic transport networks.
End-to-End Operational Expertise – Strong track record in hub & linehaul management, fleet operations, and route optimization.
Scalability Mindset – Experienced in building operational systems, SOPs, and performance tracking at scale.
Collaborative Leader – Capable of managing large operational teams, coordinating with cargo partners, and working cross-functionally to drive results.
Adaptable & Growth-Oriented – Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a mindset to continuously improve and innovate.
