AiDASH is seeking a Head of Professional Services to lead the integration of their satellite-enabled AI platform into enterprise software workflows for key customers. This role involves both technical development and consultative delivery, with a focus on building a scalable, revenue-generating services model. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise instincts, hands-on delivery experience, and deep customer empathy to build the Professional Services function from scratch, manage complex deployments, and collaborate with global teams. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in climate tech and contribute to safeguarding critical infrastructure.

The Role
At AiDASH, we secure tomorrow. As Head of Professional Services, you make that real by taking our startup’s powerful satellite-enabled AI platform and integrating it into enterprise software workflows for our largest customers. You lead both the technical development and the consultative delivery that create outcomes for our customers today. You’re also excited to build a repeatable, revenue-generating services model that can scale across the industry.
Our most strategic customers operate in complex enterprise environments and expect solutions that fit their workflows, systems, and pace. These deployments go well beyond standard implementation. They involve deep integrations, technical ambiguity, and high expectations for reliability and responsiveness.
This role requires someone with strong enterprise instincts, hands-on delivery experience, and deep customer empathy. You’ll be building the Professional Services function from the ground up while serving customers directly and helping shape how AiDASH delivers value at scale.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA. However, we're open to considering exceptional remote candidates.

How you'll make an impact:
- Build the custom delivery function from the ground up: Architect the operating model, team structure, and execution standards for high-complexity, enterprise-facing services work
- Deliver strategic, high-stakes projects: Own custom deployments involving new workflows, deep integrations, and partner-specific configurations; and ensure that projects are technically sound, on time, and aligned with customer needs
- Serve as a forward-deployed technical leader: Work directly with enterprise customers to scope, design, and execute solutions; and understand how our platform fits into their broader tech stack and operations
- Develop and troubleshoot software when needed: Contribute directly to implementation through hands-on code reviews, debugging, or solution prototyping; and work closely with R&D and product teams while maintaining a services-first orientation
- Empathize with the enterprise customer: Understand the stakes, constraints, and systems of large B2B organizations; and act as a trusted guide who can adapt to their workflows, not just ask them to adapt to ours
- Drive commercial and operational health: Scope work accurately, manage delivery costs, and ensure strong margin and utilization; and forecast effort, allocate resources, and contribute to revenue through delivery
- Lead and scale a global delivery team: Manage a hybrid team across geographies, including India-based engineers and delivery managers; and build a culture of accountability, customer-focus, and high ownership - no matter the time zone.
- Create repeatability and scale: Develop internal playbooks, reusable assets, and solution frameworks to streamline future custom work
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or software delivery
- Strong software engineering background; able to write, review, and troubleshoot production-grade code
- Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, integration patterns, and deployment constraints
- Proven success delivering complex B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers
- Ability to engage across customer roles - from developers to IT leaders to business executives
- Strong track record managing hybrid or global teams, especially with India-based delivery
- Experience owning services revenue, margin, or forecasting in a growth-stage or enterprise context
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Industry experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments is a plus
- Willing to travel as needed to customer sites or partner meetings

We offer a competitive base pay range for this full-time position, which is between $210,000 and $260,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for new hires. In addition to base salary, this role offers an annual performance- based bonus and equity compensation as part of our commitment to shared success.
