Job Description

G-P is seeking an HR Associate for a contract position until December 31st, requiring an immediate start to cover parental leave. The role involves supporting the end-to-end timekeeping process for customers and their professionals in Taiwan. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting monthly timesheets, arranging and monitoring health checks, preparing certification letters, and performing other HR-related duties and ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience, specifically in timekeeping, with knowledge of basic Taiwan overtime regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP. As an HR Associate at G-P you will support the end to end timekeeping process for our customers and their professionals in Taiwan, helping to support our customers queries, preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31st of December to cover parental leave and we require someone who can start immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Monthly time sheet tracking and reporting
  • Arrangement of professionals’ health check and keeping track of health reports
  • Preparation of certification letter
  • Other HR-related duties
  • Other ad hoc work as assigned

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2-3 years experience working in HR
  • Experience in timekeeping
  • Candidate must have basic Taiwan overtime knowledge
  • Candidate must have experience and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Vlookup
