We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global Services and C&C Team in our Lithuania office with global people strategy while providing best-in-class HR services. You will report to the Senior Manager, People and Talent and collaborate with a team of HR Business Partners globally. This role is hybrid and will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week.
In this role, you will partner with central HR functions and support your client groups by using your coaching and organizational design skills to influence managers and implement HR business strategies that align with the business goals/OKRs. In addition to working with the leadership teams, you will support People Managers through core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients, and partnering with other HR areas to develop HR solutions.
