We are looking for a Renewal Sales Representative who is highly motivated and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Renewals Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client retention goals. You’ll be working directly with clients to secure transactional contract renewals across our North American client territories. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for interfacing with SaaS clients to secure contract renewals in a high-volume environment. You must be comfortable speaking to clients, navigating negotiations, identifying cross/upsell opportunities, and staying aligned to tight deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and adaptable with strong time management and communication skills.
