We are looking for a Renewal Sales Representative who is highly motivated and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Renewals Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client retention goals. You’ll be working directly with Bazaarvoice clients to secure transactional contract renewals across our North American client territories. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for interfacing with SaaS clients to secure contract renewals in a high-volume environment. You must be comfortable speaking to clients, navigating negotiations, identifying cross/upsell opportunities, and staying aligned to tight deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and adaptable with strong time management and communication skills.
Must Have:
  • Process renewal agreements in coordination with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Lead basic contract negotiations for positive business outcomes.
  • Maximize retention of ARR and addressable whitespace.
  • Interface directly with client business contacts and procurement professionals.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Field customer objections and requests related to their existing program.
  • Identify and Source new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual retention quota.
  • Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, goal orientated, fearless, ambitious, team player.
  • Extremely organized and able to follow through full sales process in a high volume dynamic environment.
  • Record of achievements that demonstrate a winning attitude.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and be a self-starter.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years’ sales, account management, client engagement or other relevant client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and spoken business level communication / interpersonal skills (English speaking)
  • Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, goal orientated, fearless, ambitious, team player
  • Extremely organized and ability to follow through full sales process in a high volume dynamic environment
  • Record of achievements that demonstrate you have a winning attitude
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and be a self-starter
  • Based in Vilnius, Lithuania
