LeoVegas Spain is seeking an HR Coordinator in Malaga to join its global HR team. This role involves providing local and global HR administrative support, managing mobility and visa processes, offering HR advice, and acting as a super-user for the HR system. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-minded approach, handling multiple tasks and interacting with stakeholders like payroll and insurance providers.
Must have:
  • Provide local/global HR administrative support to the business
  • Manage mobility & relocation assistance including visa processes
  • Deliver local HR advice and guidance to employees
  • Act as a local super-user in the HR system, registering information and delivering reports
  • Be the go-to person for interacting with payroll and insurance providers
  • Update and create policies and guidelines, and handle the local HR intranet

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Malaga! You will be part of a global HR team and will play a key role in supporting the HR function. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have a service-minded approach.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing local/global HR administrative support to the business.
  • Mobility & relocation assistance including managing the visa processes.
  • Delivering local HR advice and guidance to employees.
  • Being a local super-user in the HR system, registering information in the system as well as delivering accurate reports and data to the wider business.
  • Being the go-to person when interacting with stakeholders such as with payroll and insurance providers.
  • Updating and creating policies and guidelines as well as handling the local HR intranet.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • An HR degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Previous experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Speaks and writes English and Spanish fluently.
  • Experience of maintaining and updating employee records and handling confidential information.
