Job Description

The HR Officer role involves performing human resource activities like coordination, planning, and monitoring of training, workforce development, performance measurement, maintaining personal records, and recruitment. Key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, recording, and processing employee data related to attendance, overtime, employment details, performance appraisals, training, and employment contracts. The role also involves participation in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and the creation of administrative reports. Moreover, it requires maintaining the accuracy of personal data in the LMS system, adapting to new technologies, coordinating training, and communicating with employees to address issues and provide support. The role also requires communication with external collaborators, and participation in audits and implementation of standards.
Must have:

  • Macedonian language proficiency
  • English language proficiency
Good to have:
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Training certifications

Спроведува активности на управување на човекови ресурси, како што се координација, планирање и следење на тренинизи, обука и развој на работната сила, мерење на учинокот, персонална евиденција, регрутација.

Главни одговорности:

  • Врши прибирање, анализа, евиденција и обработка на записи поврзани со:
    • редовноста на вработените – присуства, платени и неплатени отсуства
    • прекувремена работа
    • основни податоци за вработените и податоци за нивното вработување
    • оценка на учинокот на вработените
    • обуки, сертификации, квалификации
    • договори за вработување и описи на работни места
    • податоци поврзани со безбедност и заштита при работа (заштитна опрема, обуки, повреди и сл.)
  • Учествува во креирањето и спроведувањето на активности поврзани со регрутација и селекција, развој на персоналот, менаџирање на учинокот, распоред на работно време и др.
  • Планира и организира тренинзи и обука, целосна координација и евиденција околу истото, води евиденција и изготвува извештаи за планираното наспроти оствареното.
  • Изготвува административни извештаи за потребите на сите сектори (отсуства, прекувремена работа, број на вработени, персонални трошоци и сл.)
  • Учествува во креирањето, одржува и одговара за точноста на персоналните податоци во LMS системот (и сите ситеми на корпоративно ниво согласно потребите)
  • Одговара за точноста на податоците во извештаите што се во негова надлежност
  • Ги прилагодува своите квалификации и начин на работа на новите технологии и унапредените работни процедури и предлага нови.
  • Врши постојана координација и проверка на задолжителни обуки и прегледи за нововработени
  • Комуницира со вработените, ги идентификува нивните проблеми и дава поддршка во решавањето и развојот
  • Комуницира и договара активности со надворешни соработници
  • Учествува во аудити, имплементација и координиација на ISO, IRIS стандардизација
  • Координира, планира и спроведува активности поврзани со обезбедување на лична заштитна опрема

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Високо образование од областа на општествените науки. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 2 години работно искуство, тренинг сертификати.

Position Summary:

Performs human resource activities such as coordination, planning and monitoring of trainings, training and workforce development, performance measurement, personal records, recruitment.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Collects, analyzes, records and processes records related to:
  • employee regularity - attendance, paid and unpaid leave
  • overtime
  • basic data on employees and data on their employment
  • performance appraisal of employees
  • training, certification, qualifications
  • employment contracts and job descriptions
  • data related to safety and health at work (protective equipment, training, injuries, etc.)
  • Participates in the creation and implementation of recruitment and selection activities, staff development, performance management, work schedules, etc.
  • Plans and organizes training, full coordination and keeping records and preparing reports of the planned vs achieved.
  • Prepares administrative reports for the needs of all sectors (absences, overtime, staffing, personnel costs, etc.)
  • Participate in the creation, maintenance and reporting of the accuracy of personal data in the LMS system (and all corporate level systems as needed)
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the data in the reports that fall within its competence
  • Adapts its qualifications and way of working to new technologies and advanced work procedures and proposes new ones
  • Performs regular coordination and verification of mandatory HS related training and check ups for new employees
  • Communicates with employees, identifies their problems, and provides support in solving and developing
  • Communicates and arranges activities with outside collaborators
  • Participates in audits, implementation and coordination of ISO, IRIS standardization etc.
  • Coordinate, plan and implement activities related to the provision of personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: University degree in the field of social sciences. Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 2 years work experience, training certifications.
