Job Description

As an HR Partner at Flying Wild Hog, you'll be a key player in shaping the company culture and managing core HR functions. Responsibilities include leading HR projects (e.g., creating feedback standards, implementing new HR tools), participating in L&D activities, analyzing business needs, and proposing solutions in people management. You'll work closely with managers and directors, improve HR processes, manage onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with the legal department. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Experience in the video game industry is a plus.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

Leading or actively participating in HR projects (e.g. creation of the feedback's standards in the organization, introducing new hr tools and many more);
Taking part in L&D activities;
Analyzing business needs and proposing new solutions in the field of people management;
Taking on various HR roles in order to support teams (as coach, facilitator, mediator or business partner);
Cooperating with managers and directors in their day-to day challenges;
Constantly improving HR processes and analyzing needs;
Modifying and coordinating the employee appraisal process;
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes;
Cooperating with a legal department to prepare and complete various documents.

BEST IF YOU HAVE

At least three years of experience in the HR field and one year in a similar position;
Good knowledge of Labor Law in Poland;
Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems;
Well organized, detail-oriented and used to work under time pressure;
Can-do attitude;
Experience in the video gaming industry or interest in playing games will be a plus.
