Job Description

As a HR Services Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our HR Shared Services function, supporting employees and managers across the full hire-to-retire cycle and helping deliver a seamless employee experience. You’ll work with systems like ServiceNow and Workday to process HR transactions, respond to employee inquiries, and support process improvements. Must have:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage HR transactions in Workday, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and data maintenance.
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, track fixed-term contracts and probation periods, and manage contractor processes via internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal, and others to support day-to-day operations and special projects.
  • Support HR audits and compliance efforts with accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Generate and analyze HR data reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct employee training sessions on HR systems and processes.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Help maintain local intranet content for employee-facing HR information.

Please, note that this is a maternity cover position with an approximate duration of 1,5 years.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Manage HR transactions in Workday, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and data maintenance.
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure clarity and consistency.

Your background:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Bulgarian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
