Responsibilities:
focuses on the operational aspects in the use of HRIS systems:
- Supporting the human resources end users in the use of HRIS systems: Personal information, Core, recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, Onboarding, documents, and Payroll.
- Support all departments by creating and checking reports, managing daily report bundles, adding or removing employees for all existing and new HRIS systems.
- Manage testing processes: new versions, ongoing changes, and integration testing.
- Implemented mass changes related to Assignment and compensation data, Personal information, courses, HRBP/Comp Planner modifications, and job architecture.
- Oversee integration errors and dashboard maintenance, along with checking documents.
- Managing Data Retention Policy.
- Collaborate with the team and IT to prioritize work, ensuring clear governance to deliver value and enhance employee experience.
- Actively identifying and resolving issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working with HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and managing data.
- Flexible working hours.
- Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical team members to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process and configuration requirements.
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills with diligence and an elevated level of accuracy.
