Job Description

The job involves supporting the Human Resources processes in Colombia and Peru. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, providing support in payroll and personnel administration, collaborating on the management of alliances with area suppliers, participating in the planning and execution of well-being and organizational climate initiatives, keeping HR files and databases up to date, and supporting the preparation of reports and indicators for the area. The role requires a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for organizational well-being.

Must have:

Active student of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Availability for professional internships [part-time / full-time].
Good handling of Office tools (especially Excel).
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented attitude.
Interest in the well-being of employees and administrative support processes in HR.

Good to have:

Intermediate English.

En Unisys estamos buscando un(a) Practicante de Recursos Humanos con actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y pasión por el bienestar organizacional, para apoyar nuestros procesos en Colombia y Perú.

Serás parte de un equipo comprometido con el desarrollo del talento, y tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte en procesos clave del área, especialmente en temas administrativos, operativos y de bienestar para nuestros colaboradores.

Responsabilidades

Apoyar en el proceso de onboarding de nuevos colaboradores, garantizando una experiencia positiva de ingreso.
Brindar soporte en tareas operativas relacionadas con nómina y administración de personal.
Colaborar en la gestión y seguimiento de alianzas con proveedores del área (servicios de bienestar, beneficios, etc.).
Participar en la planificación y ejecución de iniciativas de bienestar y clima organizacional.
Mantener actualizados los expedientes y bases de datos del área de Recursos Humanos.
Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes e indicadores del área.

Requisitos

Estudiante activo(a) de carreras como Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afines.
Disponibilidad para prácticas profesionales en horario [medio tiempo / tiempo completo].
Buen manejo de herramientas de Office (especialmente Excel).
Actitud proactiva, organizada y con orientación al detalle.
Interés por el bienestar de los colaboradores y por los procesos de soporte administrativo en RR.HH.
Deseable: inglés intermedio.

High School Diploma or GED required
Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
