Job Description

Job Summary

In daily contact with various project stakeholders: clients, architects, engineering firms, etc., you contribute to the development of a spatial layout for laboratories that meets user needs and complies with applicable specific regulations and standards. You will work on projects for different types of laboratories: classified premises, confined premises, pharmaceutical environments, education-research, healthcare establishments, from the sketch phase to the completion of works.

Your main missions are:

• Contribute to the proper expression of user needs by participating in discussions with users alongside the architect.
• Communicate input data from applicable specific implicit regulations and standards to internal specialists (architects, economists, HVAC and fluid engineers).
• Participate in the design studies (macrozoning and nanozoning) of the concerned premises.
• Ensure or guide the aerodynamic design in relation with an HVAC engineer.
• Guide the design of the secondary work envelope of the concerned premises in relation with the architect and the economist.
• Participate in the prescription of secondary work materials (floor, partition, ceiling).
• Participate in the prescription of laboratory furniture in relation with the economist.
• Design special fluid installations and monitor their implementation.

Qualifications

As an employee of Patriarche, Augmented Architecture, you embody, animate, and deploy the group's CSR strategy daily, both in your objectives, actions/missions, and your interpersonal skills, whether with your colleagues, clients, suppliers, or partners.

You have solid experience within an engineering firm specializing in laboratory design, or within an industrial company.

You have knowledge of:

• mandatory regulations and standards applicable to laboratories.
• HVAC installations (sizing of productions, distribution, diffusion, thermo-aerodynamic balance, etc.).
• cleanroom partition, ceiling, and floor products (best practices, implementation techniques, etc.).
• laboratory equipment (environmental, usage, delivery constraints, etc.).
• special fluids (production sizing, distribution, associated detection).
• constraints induced by commissioning and qualification processes. Your rigor, autonomy, and relational ease with internal teams as well as with clients are all assets that will allow you to evolve within our agency. Written and oral proficiency in English would be a plus.
