About the Role: 

At WinZO, it’s not just about designing; It's about the passion, the drive, and the sheer thrill of creating something extraordinary. We’re seeking a highly skilled Illustration Designer to join our talented team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing stunning illustrations for a variety of projects. 

What you will do: 

● Craft visually stunning micro game icons that capture the essence of WinZO App

● Create engaging and dynamic illustrations for gaming reports and publications, bringing data and insights to life through compelling visuals that captivate audiences worldwide 

● Adapt and localize illustrations for different cultural audiences in Brazil and other Latin American countries, considering language, customs, and preferences 

● Produce high-quality illustrations that convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner, using a variety of techniques and styles 

● Create storyboards and visual narratives to guide the development of animations, videos, and interactive media 

● Apply your illustration skills across various digital and print mediums, including app icons, web graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, and more 

● Demonstrate versatility in illustration styles, adapting the visual approach to suit the specific requirements and aesthetic preferences of each project or campaign 

What you should have: 

● Bachelor's degree in Illustration/ Graphic Design/Fine Arts, or a related field 

● 2+ years of and proven work experience in Illustrations 

● High proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory and advanced knowledge of how those principles work together 

● Should be well versed with design principles 

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate as well as experience with digital drawing tablets and illustration software 

● Knowledge of cultural nuances with the ability to adapt illustrations to appeal to diverse audiences

● Added knowledge of adobe after effects and premiere pro is a plus
