WinZO Games is seeking a B2B Brand Manager to position the company as a thought leader and tech-export from India within the global gaming ecosystem. This strategic role involves crafting and owning the B2B narrative across India and global stakeholders, including game developers, VCs, publishers, and technology enablers. The responsibilities include developing brand positioning at key industry events like IGDC, Startup Mahakumbh, GDC, and Gamescom, leading the creation of flagship IPs such as Gaming Economy Reports and Industry Whitepapers, and building the developer-facing brand presence through websites, toolkits, and social media. The role also requires partnering with global agencies for localized B2B narratives and collaborating with internal teams like PR and product to ensure a cohesive ecosystem message. The ideal candidate will own brand health, focusing on trust, perception, and stakeholder feedback, and contribute to WinZO's mission of revolutionizing the gaming ecosystem.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in B2B brand, communications, or strategic comms
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Good to have:

About the Role

As WinZO expands its influence across the global gaming ecosystem, we’re looking for a B2B Brand Manager who can position WinZO as a thought leader, ecosystem enabler, and a tech-export story from India. This is a highly strategic and storytelling-heavy role, focusing on how game developers, educational institutes, prospective employees,  institutional and retail investors, players in the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem, and global markets perceive us.


What you will do

  • Craft and own WinZO’s B2B narrative across India and Global Business stakeholders : game developers, VCs, publishers, technology enablers, etc.  
  • Develop brand positioning across touchpoints like India Gaming events like IGDC, Startup Mahakumbh, and Global Gaming Events like GDC, Gamescom, Brazil Game Show, and ecosystem events
  • Lead the creation of flagship IPs: Gaming Economy Reports, Thought Leadership Columns, and Industry Whitepapers
  • Build and manage WinZO’s developer-facing brand presence: websites, onboarding toolkits, pitch decks, LinkedIn presence
  • Partner with global agencies to create localized B2B narratives for India and Global interactive entertainment ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, product, content, and partnerships to build a cohesive ecosystem message
  • Own brand health across trust, perception, media coverage, and stakeholder feedback


What you should have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B brand, communications, ecosystem marketing or strategic comms in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or product-first tech companies
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills: can turn strategy, numbers, and ideas into compelling content
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project management ability
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, founders, and external policy/media teams
  • Exposure to gaming or developer ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Passion for positioning Indian companies as global technology and IP leaders; any previous experience of building a Bharat Story would be a plus
