Responsibilities:

MNC experience mandatory

  • Consulting experiences a huge plus (big 4+)
  • 10 years + experience.
  • Bangalore based preferred
  • MBA from tier 1 /2.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven stake holder management skills with senior (cxo / cxo minus) level stake holders spread across geographies.
  • Proven PM experience
  • Pmp certified
  • Should have been part of projects at all stages especially planning stage.
  • Be able to build a project plan
  • Be able to prepare a business plan.
  • Good to have
  • Candidates with overseas work experience.
  • Engineering + MBA from tier 1 institution
  • 14. Experience of having led complex projects (multi geography, multi business, multi stake holder)
  • 15. Basic understanding of how change managers work.
