Responsibilities:
MNC experience mandatory
- Consulting experiences a huge plus (big 4+)
- 10 years + experience.
- Bangalore based preferred
- MBA from tier 1 /2.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven stake holder management skills with senior (cxo / cxo minus) level stake holders spread across geographies.
- Proven PM experience
- Pmp certified
- Should have been part of projects at all stages especially planning stage.
- Be able to build a project plan
- Be able to prepare a business plan.
- Good to have
- Candidates with overseas work experience.
- Engineering + MBA from tier 1 institution
- 14. Experience of having led complex projects (multi geography, multi business, multi stake holder)
- 15. Basic understanding of how change managers work.
