Job Description

The People & Talent department at Sporty is crucial, offering challenging yet rewarding opportunities. This role is within Apertum Online, a Mumbai-based B2B technology and operations provider for the global online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent management, policy documentation, and employee engagement, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop data-driven solutions.
Must have:
  • Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies
  • Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
  • Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Acting as a point of contact for conflict management and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
  • Creating a strong employer brand image for the organization

A successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, employee lifecycle, talent management, policy documentation and employee engagement. This is an ideal role for someone with people operations experience who has the ability to diagnose issues, use data and insights to develop appropriate solutions to accomplish amazing things.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduation in HR or Psychology is preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR operations role preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations, talent management, performance, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
  • Strong data management and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of market intelligence
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Available to work from office based in Andheri East, Mumbai

Interview Process

  • 30 min Aptitude Test
  • Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Remote 90 min video interview loop with 3 x Team Members (30 mins each)
  • 24-72 hour feedback loops throughout the process
