About the role

As a Social Media Designer, you’ll craft impactful visual content that engages football fans across Mexico and beyond. From memes and matchday graphics to engaging video and motion design, you’ll ensure Sporty stands out across social platforms with content that resonates with Mexican football culture.

What you'll do

• Design visually engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, tailored for Mexican and global audiences
• Develop campaign visuals, posts, and pages that highlight both global sports moments and local fan passion
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams to produce compelling, on-brand designs
• Optimise content for reach and engagement in the Mexican digital landscape
• Analyse and report on the performance of content using KPIs and cultural insights
• Stay current with global football design trends, as well as Mexican internet culture, memes, and storytelling
• Maintain editorial calendars and post schedules for the Mexico market
• Ensure all creative output complies with Sporty’s brand and relevant local guidelines

What you'll bring

• A strong design portfolio with examples of video, motion graphics, and photo-led content, sports or football themes are a plus
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media best practices and trends, with a focus on Mexican audiences
• Storytelling skills rooted in visual culture and football fandom
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with local and global teammates
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• A proactive, creative mindset with an eye for trends especially within Mexican football and internet communities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to experiment with fresh visual ideas
