Job Description & Summary
Change lead who will be responsible for planning and delivery of the change and communications activities, reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues for the account/project.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a change lead who will be responsible for planning and delivery of the change and communications activities, reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues.
- Managing a complex and large stakeholder landscape, where stakeholders are engaged effectively to ensure understanding, buy in and a smooth path for project delivery.
- Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated.
- Establish and mobilize Change Agent Networks, crafting crucial interventions to support them throughout the change journey.
- Executing business readiness activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change, creating and delivering adoption plans as necessary.
- Effective management of all communications activities including, audience and stakeholder identification, development of a communications engagement strategy, key messages, materials and channels while ensuring content is created in line with tone of voice, tools and brand guidelines.
- Engage with the wider change and comms management community to drive best practices and learnings, and to ensure compliance to global policies, principles and tools.
- Analyse the current organizational landscape, assess the change impact, and establish change readiness and change management metrics.
- Identify potential risks, anticipate points of resistance, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate change-related issues.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and engagement throughout the change process.
- Work alongside the Communications team to support, co-author, and develop impactful content.
- Organize and support the execution of major communication campaigns and engagement events to drive adoption.
- Assist in the design and development of content, communication strategies, success story videos, and other engagement activities, enhancing overall engagement and coordinating various events like roadshows.
- Monitor the implementation of change management strategies and provide regular progress reports to project teams and management.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the progress of change efforts, adjusting as necessary.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuous engagement and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to direct and expedite the delivery of critical outputs, adhering to program timelines.
- Design training strategies and guide functional/technical teams in developing training materials.
- Change Management certification is preferred (e.g., PROSCI or CCMP Certified Change Management Practitioner)
