The successful candidate will work with government clients, driving change in society, and will be expected to proactively manage multiple client engagements, taking ownership of project delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing teams and stakeholders effectively.
Must have:
  • Expertise in Urban Infrastructure, Urban planning, Housing and Real estate, Affordable housing, urban policies/schemes, Procurement Management, PPP.
  • Hands-on experience in project development aspects like Market demand assessment, Feasibility studies, and Transaction Advisory.
  • Proficiency in delivering high quality reports and presentations.
  • Ability to drive projects and manage key clients.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities

Technical skills

Areas of Expertise: Urban Infrastructure, Urban planning, Housing and Real estate, Affordable housing with good exposure in urban policies/schemes, Procurement Management, PPP.

Should have hands on experience in working on various project development aspects including Market demand assessment, Feasibility studies and Transaction Advisory.
