An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fun and encouraging Inbound Sales and Support team. Do you love guiding and supporting customers to success and upselling? You will be responsible for sales through supporting existing customers via inbound telephone calls, providing the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience. You will help and guide customers with technical elements of our systems and products, using consultative questioning to build relationships, uncover needs, and offer strategic guidance on maximizing value from our products, platforms, and services. You will also undergo a full-time GoDaddy induction/training.
Must have:
  • Sales through supporting existing customers via inbound telephone calls.
  • Providing the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience.
  • Helping and guiding customers with technical elements of systems and products.
  • Using consultative questioning to build relationships and uncover customer needs.
  • Offering strategic guidance on maximizing value from products, platforms, and services.
  • 2+ years relevant targeted sales experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales target environment.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service with a great telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of internet, email, and hosting technology.
  • Ability to multitask multiple systems and navigate the internet efficiently.
  • Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Proactive self-reflection and adaptation to challenges.
  • Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, changing environment with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer queries and needs.

Job Details

Location Details: Nottingham

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team.

Start date: 20th October 2025

Salary: Up to £24K Plus commission

Shifts: Monday-Friday shift between hours of 6am-7:30pm.  It is a 24/7 operation so some flexibility may be needed. During the start of your employment, you will receive an extensive new hire training programme.

After you have completed your training, your working pattern will change to an average of 37.5 hours per week, to support the business needs of the Company but you will divide your time between working remotely from your home and at our Nottingham office.

Your experience should include...

  • 2+years relevant targeted sales experience
  • Must be able to show proven experience of working in a sales target environment
  • Able to deliver an exceptional service experience with a great telephone manner, excellent communicator - able to build rapport to adapt tone and direction to suit the needs of customers
  • Solid understanding of the internet, email and hosting technology / or have worked within a technical or online business with an ability to multi task multiple systems and navigate the internet efficiently and speedily
  • Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators, in a target-driven sales environment
  • Proactively self-reflects and adapts to challenges, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to maintain high performance in dynamic environments
  • Thrive in a dynamic, changing environment with an on going desire to learn
  • Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to customers queries and needs
