About The Team The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Deeply understand the company's internationalization business strategy and lead the team to support the overall individual income tax operations of the company; 2. Develop and improve regional individual income tax related operation processes and system construction in accordance with legal compliance requirements; 3. Responsible for following up on individual income tax policies in different countries and regions, and supporting the improvement of the individual income tax system for Internationalization assignment.

Minimum Qualifications: 1. 5 years experience in tax operations; 2. Fluency in English; 3. Excellent project management skills, strong project driving and execution ability; 4. Good logical thinking, and strong research and data analysis capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in technology industry or human resources/management consulting; 2. Good business acumen, strong business understanding and insights; 3. Self-driven, good learning capability, good resilience and adaptability to changes and uncertainties; 4.
