The company is expanding its team after a Series B financing round and seeks passionate individuals to contribute to its success.
Must have:
  • Test Litmus Edge device drivers for functionality and performance
  • Test gateway hardware devices for compatibility with Litmus Edge
  • Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial hardware
  • Write, comment, and test PLC programs using company standard methods and tools
  • Investigate customer and internal requests related to industrial communication protocols including OPC UA and Modbus
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports on Litmus Edge functionality and performance
  • Be a candidate or recent graduate for Bachelor or Master of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other engineering
  • Be able to work in-office 5 days per week at Litmus’s Santa Clara office for the duration of the internship
  • Collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, distributed work environment
  • Be highly motivated, self-starting, and passionate about learning
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of Linux and command-line tools
  • Knowledge of virtualization/docker

Roles and responsibilities

  • Test Litmus Edge device drivers for functionality and performance
  • Test gateway hardware devices for compatibility with Litmus Edge

Qualifications

  • Candidate or recent graduate for Bachelor or Master of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other engineering
  • Internship is in-office 5 days a week at Litmus’s Santa Clara office
  • PLC configuration, connection (Ethernet, serial), troubleshooting, and programming knowledge
  • Basic networking and communication protocol knowledge
  • Knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux and command-line tools a plus
  • Knowledge of virtualization/docker a plus
  • Collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, distributed work environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and passionate about learning

Estimated salary: $28/hr

Estimated start/end dates: June 1st, 2026-August 31st, 2026 (flexible)
