SEGULA Technologies, a global engineering group, is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to support a client in the industrial vehicle sector (coaches and buses). The role involves managing the industrial start-up phase of new projects, including deploying industrialization checklists, ergonomic analysis, verifying operational ranges and technical documents, defining tooling needs, managing timelines, and ensuring process validation on the assembly line. The ideal candidate will have an Industrial Engineering degree and at least 8 years of experience in product/process industrialization.

Must Have

• Participate in the deployment and creation of industrialization checklists
• Conduct ergonomic analysis on all projects at startup
• Verify operational ranges, technical notices, instruction sheets, and first-level control sheets for production
• Identify needs and draft tooling requests (assembly/handling/installations)
• Define the layout of packaging and preparation stations
• Pilot timings and establish balancing proposals from manufacturing launch
• Assign articles in SAP at production startup and monitor evolutions until GO Series
• Assist in manufacturing during the startup phase
• Validate the elaborated process (ranges, tools, work instructions, times) on the assembly line, with eventual corrections
• Propose improvements based on feedback and participate in continuous improvement actions
• Hold an Industrial Engineering degree
• Possess at least 8 years of experience as a product/process industrialization engineer
• Proficiency in English is required
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, technical expertise, and analytical capacity

• You participate in the deployment and creation of industrialization checklists, and perform ergonomic analysis on all projects at startup.
• You verify operational ranges, technical notices, instruction sheets, and first-level control sheets intended for production.
• You identify needs and draft tooling requests (assembly / handling / installations), define the layout of packaging and preparation stations.
• You manage timings, establish balancing proposals from the start of manufacturing.
• You assign articles in SAP at the start of production and monitor evolutions until GO Series.
• You assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase.
• You validate the elaborated process (ranges, tools, work instructions, times, etc.) during application on the assembly line, with eventual correction in the flow.
• You propose improvements following feedback, participate in cross-functional actions such as continuous improvement.

Qualifications

With an Industrial Engineering degree, you have at least 8 years of experience as a product/process industrialization engineer.

English is necessary for this position.
