Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilization of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As an Information Security Change Management Lead Senior Manager, Global (Contract), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for building and executing a comprehensive change management strategy and tactics to drive awareness, understanding
  • Adoption of Zero Trust program technologies and services to internal stakeholders across our global network of firms
  • Strong background in change management and communications, and marketing, with the exhibited ability to quickly learn about technologies and complex topics
  • Working closely with the Zero Trust leaders to develop the change program vision and ways of working, ongoing leadership alignment on the change roadmap, development and execution of the communications strategy and tactics, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement
  • Manage regular touchpoints with Zero Trust leaders to get them aligned on the change roadmap and events requiring communications to stakeholders, provide updates on change management and communications strategies, including draft plans and progress updates (including success metrics
  • Support senior leadership in drafting materials that articulate risks and benefits associated with Zero Trust and information security programs to various audiences within the organization
  • Implement and create communications campaigns and tactics to raise awareness, understanding and adoption of new and in flight Zero Trust technologies with a variety of diverse internal stakeholders (e.g. internal technology and NIS organization, employees, application owners, member firm CIOs/CISOs, territory leadership, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content to educate employees and other stakeholders about zero trust principles and information security projects. This could include emails, videos, newsletters, SharePoint sites, and presentations
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide updates on Zero Trust changes in the pipeline and secure input on any considerations that should be factored into the Change & Communications plans
  • Monitor, evaluate, and respond to the effectiveness of communications campaign initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and provide regular reporting to Zero Trust leaders on the effectiveness of Zero Trust communications tactics
